Building Control Applications

Most of our commercial fit-out projects require an application to be made to gain Building Regulations Approval.

Our pre-order Team can support these requirements, including pre-consultation with our Approved Inspector to ensure our proposals are as close to compliant as possible without the need to make a formal application before you really need to. Our post-order team will then manage the submission of your application on your behalf through plan approval, inspection, and final approval.

 

License to Alter  

One of the most crucial aspects of being able to complete on a lease and then to be able to commence works is securing the landlord’s permission for alterations to be made to their property. We are here to support you in this process. The License to Alter will need to address the impact our installation has on your landlord’s property for record with the lease. Our team will prepare a comprehensive License to Alter package of plans, details, and calculations as required that clearly defines the scope of work, timelines, construction details, and compliance with statutory regulations. Speak to us about how we can assist you in getting this document completed to attach to your lease without having to face up-front costs for architects, designers and consultants.

Your Account Manager will be the person you meet right at the beginning of your project and who will work alongside you up until project completion and sign-off.
