Conduct Survey
Step One:
We’ll conduct a survey based on the received Schedule of Dilapidations from the Landlord, or establish one in collaboration. This measure and visual inspection will enable us to assess the requirements and prepare for planning and costing the necessary works.
Internal Assessment
Step Two:
Next, we’ll run an internal assessment with the Design & Proposals Team to determine the most suitable specialist contractors for the second site visit. This will help us identify the best solutions and products to meet the project needs and secure fixed-price agreements for their respective components.
Comprehensive Cost Review
Step Three:
Then, we’ll gather all internal and external costs to include in the schedule for delivery or presentation to the Landlord, Client, or Surveyor for review. Throughout this process, we will re-examine and scrutinise these costs, solutions, and the integration of all elements. This ensures that our proposal is coordinated and addresses all possible aspects, minimising cost risk for the payee.
Implement Works
Step Four:
Finally, we’ll facilitate negotiations between the involved parties, finalise costs and offerings, and, once an agreement is reached, begin preparations for implementing the works. At this stage, a Project Manager will be introduced. This individual will be directly responsible for coordinating the project into a manageable program, which includes procurement, contractor engagement, and the oversight of any project administration or statutory requirements.
