Furthermore, your dedicated account manager will oversee every stage of the office fit-out process, from space planning to compliance and installation. They will expertly handle your internal office interior project through all aspects of compliance, from building control and planning to CDM and other industry-specific requirements, ensuring that your office fit-out proceeds smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. They will also ensure that you’re kept informed every step of the way, keeping you involved and in control of your project.

Site Survey

Our creative process draws upon your workplace strategy. First, we’ll survey your space, understand your requirements and how you want to work, and then we begin to develop recommendations and solutions.

Space Planning & Design

We look at inspirational ideas and consider areas and elements to create efficiencies whilst ensuring all mechanical and electrical aspects of your building are considered. We'll present awe-inspiring visualisations of our design concepts to give you a real sense of your new space.

Furniture

Whether you need a traditional setup or looking to adopt a hybrid working model, we'll propose a stunning furniture scheme that also supports the new COVID-19 health & safety measures. Our team can arrange an on-site visit, help you hand-pick furniture and give some in-person inspiration and we'll also provide you with a floor plan and 3D visuals to help you picture your new space.

Installation

Your Account Manager will be the person you meet right at the beginning of your project and who will work alongside you up until project completion and sign-off. They will stay in close contact with you throughout every project delivery stage whilst managing our installation teams to ensure your project meets agreed timeframes and work is carried out to your exacting needs and is fully compliant.
