Shirtstream was founded in 1990 to collect, process and deliver high-quality dry cleaning, shirt service and laundry in central and west London.

Project requirement

One New Change, billed as London’s premium shopping destination overlooking St. Paul’s cathedral in the city of London, with a broad mix of high-end retail outlets, bars, eateries and office space, it was imperative that Shirtstream were to have a presence here.

The retail fit-out had to be completed within excruciatingly tight timescales. The mayor of London was opening this new site in a blaze of publicity and so being even an hour late was not an option. Despite the relatively small size of the unit, this project included: a new mezzanine floor, state-of-the-art heating and cooling, solid oak flooring, bespoke retail display counters, fire suppression, lighting, signage, photos walls, MF ceilings and fire-rated party walls.
