As manufacturers of several globally established brands, such as Bosch, Siemens, Neff and Gaggenau, BSH in Wolverton, Milton Keynes, were looking to refurbish their trade showrooms which had become somewhat dated and bland.

The requirement 

To deliver a showroom to truly reflect its standing as Europe’s largest home appliance manufacturer and its constant drive for innovation and sustainability.

The solution

To design a retail space that catered to all their brands and products, we collaborated with our clients to thoroughly understand their product range and specific sales goals within the business.

The design team, fully armed with the client’s needs, produced 3D visual design concepts that would best showcase their broad range of white goods, from vacuum cleaners to kitchen utensils and coffee machines.

The designs incorporated a modern, more open floor space, with bespoke display units and contrasting light levels to enhance the user experience. Entrants are visually beckoned to travel through a carefully tailored showroom, passing each brand before emerging into a lounge area that instantly makes you feel calm and at home.

Reinforcing the sensation that the kitchen is always at the core of the home.

Project challenges and outcomes

Having this project run over the Christmas period and needing to liaise with Head Office teams in Germany meant a tight programme schedule, and consistent client communications needed to be managed along with consistent client communications to deliver this project on time.

Due to our team’s and the client’s collaborative approach, this project was successfully delivered to strict CDM guidelines and completed within budget and in time for their 1st trade showroom visit in January 2023.
