ZAVA, trading as Health Bridge, is leading the charge, setting new benchmarks in convenient medical services. With an impressive track record of over 12 million online consultations across Europe, 7 million of which are in the UK alone, they are redefining the way patients access medical care.

To propel their mission forward, ZAVA recognised the need to enhance its distribution operations. They engaged us to develop their innovative concepts into a high-performing distribution centre that strictly adheres to environmental controls. This facility is designed to meet industry certifications while maintaining product stability, safety, and efficacy, serving as the backbone of their expanding services.

The Design

To improve speed and efficiency, we held a series of dynamic virtual workshops, collaborating closely with ZAVA to understand their unique operational needs. This collaborative approach empowered us to craft a workspace that seamlessly integrates versatile work settings with specialised equipment tailored to various operational zones.

Bespoke Features for Optimal Performance

We installed power, data, and lighting infrastructure at each custom workstation, carefully designed to meet the specific needs of ZAVA’s team.

Custom Walk-in Fridge

To ensure the utmost safety and integrity of pharmaceutical samples, we installed a custom walk-in fridge and freezer for secure sample storage. This tailored solution not only meets stringent regulatory demands but also enhances operational efficiency.

Temperature Control

Given the nature of the products handled within the facility and the need for compliance, temperature control was non-negotiable. Our previous experience and precedence in utilising standard ceiling cassette systems for temperature regulation in warehouse environments, combined with support from our contractor supply line and design assistance from Daikin, allowed us to implement a solution with full technical support and warranty, without resorting to more expensive industrial solutions to maintain the environment.
