Since 1978, Forestadent UK has proudly served trusted professionals in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, delivering excellence in orthodontic solutions.

The Brief

Managing Director Richard Peters had a clear vision, one that was both straightforward and inspiring. With just eight employees, getting everyone to the office wasn’t a challenge. However, Richard wanted a commercial office fit out to elevate the in-office experience, transforming it into something that felt just as comfortable and enjoyable as working from home—but even better!

The Design

Throughout the design stage, we worked collaboratively with Forestadent to research and create design concepts. Forestadent wanted their new space to exude a sense of authenticity and connection to nature. To achieve this, we embraced raw materials, opting for striking exposed brickwork and warm wood features. We also incorporated organic flooring options that provided a touch of character. The end result was a modern industrial theme, thoughtfully tailored to reflect the personality of each office.

Seamless Transition

We began work on the ground floor to phase the works for minimal disruption to business activity. Temporary offices were created to move the team straight into – creating a seamless transition process and zero downtime for the company.

The small, centrally located store and logistics area support collation and distribution activities.

Each office area showcases its own distinctive design. The interiors are infused with biophilic elements, indoor plants and natural wood cladding, and monotone brand colours, creating a fresh and contemporary feel that embodies the company’s identity.

The Outcome

A key consideration for the commercial office fit-out in Milton Keynes was to create an open, sociable, and functional space. Forestadent’s communal kitchen has become a hub of activity, making it ideal for team meetings, social gatherings, and relaxing during downtime.
