Established in 2011, Workflow was created by a group of like-minded people working in document and print services who believed they could improve what the industry was offering. In particular, they wanted to transform service levels and develop a business model which had customer retention at its core. With their sights set on offering organisations more straightforward, even easy, ways of optimising their print and document processes on an ongoing basis, the Workflow Group was born.
Workflow made the ambitious decision to refurbish Chiltern House in Barton-le-Clay, Bedfordshire. The property was formally used for light engineering. As a result, needed extensive refurbishment before the doors could open to office staff and customers alike. The scheme comprised a new open plan and cellular offices, a meeting and breakout suite, a palletised storage facility, a new car park & security and external redecoration. Interior Options acted in a design & build capacity to transform the property from outdated to outstanding.
